树脂负载催化剂臭氧催化降解甲基红废水 被引量:1

摘要 该文进行了制备的载亚铁阳离子交换树脂对甲基红染料废水的降解效果的研究。通过对比试验验证催化剂活性,进而考察了pH、臭氧投加量及催化剂投加量对甲基红降解效果的影响。结果表明,对于100 mg/L的甲基红溶液,加入一定量催化剂,臭氧投加量为0.5 g/h,pH为9的条件下,甲基红的色度去除率可达99.1%,COD去除率为69.5%。通过试验证明,该催化剂能有效催化降解甲基红废水。 Study aimed at exploring the efficient degradation of methyl red wastewater by employing ferrum-loaded cation ex- change resin. Through contrastive experiments, the activity of catalyst was proved. Then, the influence of the pH, dosage of 03 and catalyst on the degradation of methyl red degradation were investigated. According to the result, 100 mg/L of methyl red solution by adding a certain amount of catalyst (03, 0.5 g/h), under the condition that pH is 9, could increase the removal rate of methyl red color to 99.1%, and increase the removal rate of COD to 69.5 %. This indicates that this catalyst plays an active role for the effective degradation of methyl red wastewater.
