摘要
目的利用微孔板芯片技术对一起食物中毒进行检测,评价其在食物中毒事件中的应用效果。方法用食源性致病菌96微孔板芯片对一起食物中毒样品进行检测,同时采用传统的病原分离方法和细菌生化鉴定仪对分离菌株进行鉴定。结果食源性致病菌96微孔板芯片对食物中毒样品的检测结果与病原分离培养结果完全一致。结论食源性致病菌96微孔板芯片具有快速、准确、自动化和高通量等特点,作为应对食物中毒等突发公共卫生事件的快速检测具有重要意义。
Objective To evaluate the application of a 96 - microwell plale DNA chip for detection of foodborne bacteria in an incident of food poimning Methods The foodborne bacteria in the ,sample from an incident of food posimning were detected with a 96 - microwell plate DNA chip. Simuhaneously, the bacteria were isolated and identified by conventional bacterial culture and biochemical identification. Results The detection result of the 96 - microwell plate DNA chip was the .same with that of the conventional bacterial culture.Conclusions The 96 - microwell plate DNA chip for detection of fcxxibome bacteria allows rapid, accurate, automated and high- throughput bacterial detection and is especially valuable for quick response to such public health emergencies as food poisoning
