复合酸液解除S120-49-84H井卡钻故障 被引量:6

摘要 水平井已逐步成为长庆苏里格气田开发的主要方式之一,但由于储层的不连续性导致水平井段钻井中经常钻遇或穿越大段泥岩,井眼稳定性相对变弱,如果操作处理不当易发生卡钻。S120-49-84H井完钻后为顺利下入裸眼分段压裂工具,通井过程中发生了卡钻故障,先后采取了大吨活动、泡柴油等多种措施,均未实现解卡。分析研究认为,卡点位置是砂岩井段,提出了浸泡复合酸液的方法来实现解除卡钻故障的技术思路。现场使用盐酸和氢氟酸配成的复合酸液,浸泡20 min就成功解除了卡钻故障。 More and more horizontal wells are drilled in Sulige gas field of Changqing,however,caving or sloughing may be encountered while drilling through thick mudstone formation,consequently,pipe-stuck may happen more possible.In well S120-49-84H,after running in open-hole stage fracturing tool successfully,the pipe-stuck happens when drifting,and it can not be solved by pulling string with large power or soaking with diesel.It is suggested that pipe-stuck point locates in sandstone formation,and the composite acid as pipe-free fluid can be used to deal with it.In field operation,after soaking fot 20 min,the pipe-stuck is released by the composite acid that is mixed with hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid.
