摘要
针对低热值气体燃料,在保证热值相同的前提下,采用天然气掺混氮气和一氧化碳气体两种不同组分的燃料进行燃烧特性试验研究。结果表明:一氧化碳的燃烧效率比天然气掺混氮气的燃烧效率高;减小或增大燃料量,天然气掺混氮气的燃烧效率有明显变化,而一氧化碳所得的燃烧效率基本保持不变;在试验件、测试方法及燃烧室进口参数都相同时,燃烧室出口温度分布趋势相同。本研究结果可为低热值燃料燃烧室试验提供技术参考。
To study the combustion process of low calorific value gas fuel, two kinds of gas fuel' substitutes which have the same calorific values were researched in combustion experiment. One was the mixture of nat- ural gas and nitrogen, the other was carbon monoxide. Experimental results show that carbon monoxide's combustion efficiency is better than that of the mixture of natural gas and nitrogen which varies as fuel flow increases or decreases, while that of monoxide basically remains the same; but both of their exit gas temper- ature field distribution is similar when parameters of test specimen, method and combustor inlet conditions are same. The research results provide a valuable technological reference for the experiment of the combus- tor of low calorific value gas fuel.
