摘要
目的:探讨中药熏洗防治痔瘘术后并发症的临床效果。方法:176例痔瘘术后患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组126例,术后给予中药方剂煎水熏洗坐浴;对照组50例,术后常规使用1∶5000PP粉熏洗坐浴,并对其观察的疗效、术后疼痛、创面愈合情况进行比较。结果:治疗组有效率为96.83%(P<0.01)。术后疼痛、创面愈合时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:中药熏洗能显著减轻术后疼痛,促进创面愈合,防治痔瘘术后并发症的发生。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of preventing and curing the complications of haemorrhoids and fistulas after operations by Chinese medicinal fumigation and wash. methods： One hundred seventy - six Patients were divided into two groups randomly （ control group, n = 50, and treatment group, n = 126）. The 126 patients were fumigated and washed with Chinese medicinal herbs , whereas the control group were done with 1 ： 5000 PP. Results： The radically remitting time of ache, wound healing in the treatment group were shorter than in the control group （p 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusions： Chinese medicinal herbs showed a good effect in alleviatingt the suffering , wound healing and complications after operations.
