棉织物壳聚糖季铵盐改性及其姜黄天然染料染色工艺 被引量:3

摘要 针对姜黄天然染料在棉织物表面色深度(K/S值)低、染色牢度差的问题,利用壳聚糖与2,3-环氧丙基三甲基氯化铵制备壳聚糖季铵盐阳离子改性剂对棉织物进行改性。应用色度指标分析棉织物姜黄天然染料染色效果,通过单因素优化试验获得改性剂对棉织物的最优改性工艺为:在浴比1:50下,改性剂用量为4%(omf),改性温度为80℃,改性时间为40 min;改性后棉织物姜黄天然染料最优染色工艺为:在浴比1:50下,姜黄天然染料用量为5%(omf),染色温度为60℃,染色时间为40 min。采用该改性、染色工艺所染得棉织物的K/S值大大提高。经改性后的棉织物较未改性棉织物显示出良好的染色牢度,其皂洗牢度、摩擦牢度普遍提高了0.5~1级,达到了0eko-Tex Standard 100的标准要求。 In view of the low color depth (K/S value) and poor colour fastness of natural dye curcumin on cotton fabrics, the cationic modification agent of quaternary ammonium salts of chitosan was prepared from chitosan and (2,3-epoxypropyl) trimethylammonium chloride and applied to modify cotton fabrics. The dyeing effects of cotton fabrics with natural dye curcumin were analyzed by color indexes. The optimum modification processes were obtained by single factor tests. The dyeing liquor ratio was 1 : 50, cotton fabrics were treated with 4%(omf) modification agent at 80 ℃ for 40 rain; The dyeing processes of curcumin on modified cotton fabrics were optimized as follows, 1 : 50 of dyeing liquor ratio, 5%(omf) natural dye curcumin, dyed at 60 ℃ for 40 min. The K/S value of cotton fabrics increased obviously under optimal modification and dyeing processes. The color fastness of modified cotton fabrics were better than that of unmodified cotton fabrics. Color fastness to washing to rubbing of modified cotton fabrics were improved 0.5-1 grade than unmodified cotton fabrics and met to the standards of Oeko-Tex Standard 100 .
