摘要
对业务过程进行分析和评价 ,能够迅速地找出企业的症结所在 ,为企业实施业务过程重组、ERP和CIMS等工程提供有力的技术支持。本文在论述了业务过程的基本要素的基础上 ,给出了业务过程评价模型的体系结构 。
