摘要
精细化管理是一种"精耕细作"的管理理念和管理方式。精细化管理与辅导员队伍建设具有相似性,以精细化管理来加强辅导员队伍建设是可行的,它能引导和帮助辅导员转变思想观念、明确工作目标、把握工作重心、提高执行力,从而降低人力成本,提高大学生思想政治教育队伍的整体水平。在精细化管理运用的过程中,要结合辅导员队伍建设的实际,遵循人性化、数据化、程序化、操作性和标准化五个基本原则,采取相关对策,破解辅导员队伍建设中的重点难点问题。
Fine management is a kind of concept and mode of "intensive cultivation" management, which bears some similarities to the team construction of university counselors. It is feasible to strengthen counselor team construction through fine management, since it helps counselors to change their ideological concept, clarify their objectives, grasp their work focus, and improve their implementation ability, thus reducing labor costs while improving overall level of the college students' ideological and political education team. According to the reality of the team construction, the five principles should be followed in the process of application of fine management, namely, humanity, statistics, programming, manipuility and standardization. Besides, corresponding measures should be adopted to solve the key problems in the team construction.
