摘要 考察了pH对化学镀(Ni-P)-SiC复合镀层的沉积速度、表面形貌以及耐腐蚀性的影响。结果表明,随着pH的升高,镀层的沉积速度逐渐增大,但是镀层中的SiC和P的质量分数逐渐降低。此外,较低的pH可以获得均匀致密的(Ni-P)-SiC复合镀层,其耐腐蚀性能提高。 The effects of pH on the deposition deposition rate, morphology and corrosion resistance of (Ni-P)-SiC composite coatings were investigated. The results showed that the deposition deposition rate gradually improved while the contents of SiC and P in the coatings decreased with the increasing of pH. Furthermore, uniform (Ni-P)-SiC composite coating which had better corrosion resistance could be obtained under low pH.
