摘要 采用天然染料黄连素对腈纶纤维进行染色,研究了苯甲醇用量和染色温度对黄连素染色性能的影响,探讨了加入苯甲醇后,黄连素对腈纶纤维的染色动力学及在腈纶纤维上的吸附机理.研究表明,黄连素需在95℃以上的高温条件下才对腈纶具有较好的染色效果,加入10 mL/L苯甲醇后,染色可在85℃下进行.随着苯甲醇用量的增加或染色温度的升高,黄连素在腈纶纤维上的染色速率逐渐增加,t1/2逐渐缩短.黄连素在腈纶纤维上的吸附符合Langmuir吸附模型. Natural dye berberine was applied in acrylic fibers dyeing. The effects of dosage of benzyl alcohol and dyeing temperature on berberine dyeing property of acrylic fibers were investigated. The dyeing dynamics and dyeing mechanism of berberine adsorption on acrylic fibers after addition of benzyl alcohol were also discussed. The results showed that good dyeing result could be obtained over 95 ℃, and the dyeing temperature can be decreased to about 85 ℃ after addtion 10 mL/L of benzyl alcohol. The dyeing rate of berberine on acrylic fibers was increased and t1/2 decreased with the increase of dosage of benzyl alcohol or dyeing temperature. The adsorption of berberine on acrylic fibers accorded with Langmuir model.
