摘要
通过对市场上随机抽取的饮料中砷、铅、铜、苯甲酸和山梨酸含量测定,采用模糊评价法对饮料食品安全状况进行评价。结果表明:随机抽取的饮料已经存在不安全因素,利用模糊评价模型评价食品安全状况,结果更加直观,更有指导意义。
The contents of arsenic, lead, copper, benzoic acid and sorbic acid in drinks were determined by ran dom samples from the market. The contamination degree of drinks was evaluated by using fuzzy comprehensive as sessment. It was found that unsafe factors existed in randomly sampled drinks from the market. The results derived from the fuzzy comprehensive assessment were more intuitive and meaningful
