摘要
文章研究了在球形β-Co(OH)2制备中,溶液中[NH3]-[Co2+]-pH三者之间的相互关系。提出了一种利用EXCEL软件的数学计算功能[3]进行冶金热力学平衡计算的新方法,避免了常规法中要求解多元复杂数学方程。由Excel计算得出氨对钴离子浓度的影响规律。由热力学计算得出的基本规律,对球形β-Co(OH)2制备中工艺参数的调整范围提供了参考依据。
The thermodynamic mathematical model of [NH3]-[Co2+]-pH equilibrium is established.A new method for metallurgical thermodynamic equilibrium calculation in which the function of mathematical calculation of Excel is used,is provided in the paper.The method avoids the inconvenient process of solving multiply equitation with routine methods It is used to calculate by Eecel the relation of [NH3]-[Co2+]-pH in the solution in the preparation process of spherical β-Co(OH)2.The results are useful to select the preparation parameters.
