摘要
对高炉上料仿真平台的设计过程进行了阐述。该平台包括PLC仿真程序运行环境、仿真监控画面运行环境、仿真系统运行环境。在该平台上可以实现高炉上料流程的仿真,可以对控制程序进行验证,还可以对操作工进行上岗前操作培训等。
The design process of blast furnace charging simulation platform is expatiated in this paper. This plattorm includes the running environment of PLC simulation program and simulation monitoring menu and simulation system. On this platform, the simulation of blast furnace flow can be realized, and the control program can be validated, and the operator can be educated for work before working.
