摘要
分析了煤矿井下乳化液高压反冲洗过滤装置的工作原理,并根据其原理对乳化液反冲洗过滤装置的液压系统以及关键部件进行了设计。滤芯采用金属网烧结毡,滤芯骨架层漏孔以30×30的正方形为设计基本单元。反冲洗装置的过滤精度可达到25μm,最大流量可以达到1 000L/min,最大工作压力可以达到35MPa,适用于高压大流量的液压系统。
This paper analyzes the working principle of high pressure automatic back flush filter system, and according to the principle, the hydraulic system of emulsion back flush filter device and key components are designed, filter material using metal mesh sintered felt, filter skeleton layer leak hole to 30 × 30 square for the basic unit. The precision of back flush device filtration can reach 25 μm, the maximum flow can reach 1000 L/min, the maximum working pressure can reach 35 MPa, suitable for high pressure and large flow hydraulic system.
