摘要
社会化是个体逐渐适应社会的过程,是人一生都需要面对的命题,大学阶段是个体社会化的重要时期。医学是服务人类健康的科学,医学生的社会化问题值得关注。从心理上适应大学的学习生活,是医学新生社会化的重要内容。社会化进程中医学新生社会化主要面对学习方式方法、人际交往适应、生活环境适应等问题,教育者应重点从这几个方面开展新生入学教育,帮助新生尽快适应新生活。
Socialization is a process in which individuals gradually adapt to social and a proposition that individuals must face in full life.It is an important period of individual socialization in the stage of college.Medicine is the science which service health of human being.So the socialization of medical college freshmen is worthy of attention.It is an important content of socialization for medical college freshmen to adapt college life from the psychological content.Learning methods and adaptation of interpersonal and environment are the problems that medical college freshmen have to face in the process of socialization.Educators should focus on these aspects to carry out entrance education and help freshmen to adapt the new life as soon as possible.
