摘要
采用室内模拟油田设备管道油气水三相混合集输体系的动态硫化氢脱除装置,评价了高效脱硫剂ETTS-1与醇胺溶剂(MDEA-MEA和MDEA)的应用工艺条件,分别考查了H2S初始质量浓度、脱硫温度、原油气油比值和CO2质量浓度对脱硫率的影响。结果表明,随着初始H2S质量浓度和脱硫温度升高,ETTS-1的脱硫率略有上升,醇胺溶剂的脱硫率逐渐下降。在H2S质量浓度为30 000 mg/L时,ETTS-1和醇胺溶剂脱硫率分别为97%和88%;在90℃时,ETTS-1和醇胺溶剂的脱硫率分别为97%和65%;气油比值对醇胺溶剂的影响远大于ETTS-1,气油比值15时,ETTS-1和醇胺溶剂的脱硫率分别为95%和78%;CO2体积分数对脱硫率影响大小依次为MDEA-MEA、MDEA和ETTS-1,在CO2体积分数为5%时,脱硫率依次为60%、66%和92%。
Dynamic H2S removal equipment of oilfield oil-gas-water three-phase mixed gathering and transportation system is simulated indoor and used to evaluate the optimal applied conditions of efficient H2S scavengersETTS-1 and alcamine solvents (MDEA-MEA and MDEA). The effects of initial concentration of H2S, temperature of desulfurization, crude gas/oil ratio and the concentration of CO2 on the desulfurization rate, are studied. The results show that the desulfurization rate of the ETTS-1increases when increasing the concentration of H2S. The maximum desulfurization rate can reach 97%. However aleamine solvents show a lower desulfurization rate (88%) at the maximum concentration of H2S. The desulfurization rate of ETTS-1slightly increases from 96% to 99% when the temperature rises from 40℃ to 90℃. On the contrary,the highest desulphurization rate is only 93% at 40℃. The effect of gas oil ratio on desutfurization rate for alcamine is greater than ETTS-1. When gas oil ratio is 15, desulfurization rate of ETYS-1 and alcamine is 95% and 78% ,respectively. The effect of CO2 concentration on the desulfurization rate is MDEA-MEA, MDEA and ETTS-1 with the order of decrease. When the CO2 concentration is 5% , the desulfurization rate is 60%, 66% and 92%, respectively.
