摘要
文章从理论研究、实践经验两方面对国外在资源优势基础上发展起来的老 工业基地，如何通过资源型经济转型实现改造与振兴进行了探讨。
From two aspects of theoretical research and practical experiences, this paper probes into how the old foreign industrial bases developed on the basis of resources superiority to realize transformation and vitalization through medel changing of resources-type economy.
