摘要
目的:探讨膀胱癌的低KV-CT扫描最优化的参数。方法:将2008年2月-2011年11月疑膀胱癌的164例患者随机分成常规组和A、B、C三个试验组,每组41例。常规组采用120kV、100mA,试验组采用不同的管电压和管电流,其中A组100kV,100mA;B组80kV,100mA;C组60kV、100mA,其他参数一致,层厚5mm,螺距1.0mm,扫描时间1s。扫描后,将不同条件下得到的图像质量按照5分制评价图像质量;分别记录不同扫描条件下剂量指数(CTDI)值,用于估算患者受照的辐射剂量。结果:低KV-CT扫描的图像质量略低于常规剂量,但图像质量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);低KV-CT扫描的辐射剂量远小于常规扫描的辐射剂量且差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:低KV-CT扫描对膀胱癌的检查是可行的,既能保证图像质量又明显减少了患者的辐射剂量。最优化的主要参数是管电压80kV,管电流100mA,层厚5mm,螺距1.0cm,扫描时间1s。
Objective: To investing the parameter optimization of low KV-CT for bladder cancer.Methods: 164 patients with suspected bladder cancer in February 2008 - November randomly divided into conventional group and A, B, C three test group, 41 cases in each group.Conventional granp using 120 kV, 100 mA, using different tube voltage and current test group, group A, 100 kV, 100 mA; B group 80 kV, 100 mA; C group 60 kV, 100 mA, the other parameters, layer thickness 5 mm, pitch of 1.0 mm, scan time 1 s. After the scan, the image quality obtained in the different conditions in accordance with the 5-point evaluation image quality; were recorded under different scan conditions Dose Index (CTDI) values used to estimate the patient exposed radiation dose.Results: The image quality with routine scanning conditions is a bit better than the low KV-CT, but there is no statistical difference (P〉0.O5).The radiation-dose of low KV-CT is much lower than the routine scanning conditions, the difference is very signifieant(P〈O.O1).Conclusion: Using of low KV-spiral CT scanning in bladder cancer is feasible, Can not only guarantee the quality of image and reduce the radiation harm of CT scan to patients.
