三维有限元分析在骨科中的应用 被引量:12

摘要 随着计算机技术的发展,大型的图形处理工作站已经很容易在个人电脑中实现。新的理念如数字化骨科、虚拟人、机器人手术系统以及手术导航系统的出现,标志着计算机技术在骨科的应用增大,计算机技术正日益与骨科密切结合起来。而以三维有限元为首的生物力学分析技术,因为其操作的简单性,数据可靠,在骨科中得到了推广,应用范围日益广泛,在骨的结构分析、骨折的力学发生机制,以及骨折固定系统的力学分析中得到广泛重视,为骨科疾病的诊断治疗提供更先进的技术支持,已成为常规生物力学分析之外的一个重要的检查手段。本文对三维有限元在骨科中的应用进行综述,明确其在骨科中的作用。
