摘要 提出了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定钒铝合金中15种杂质元素硼、钨、硅、铁、铅、锡、砷、镍、铬、钴、铜、磷、锰、镁和钼含量的方法。选择了各元素的分析谱线及背景校正位置避免光谱干扰;采用基体匹配和同步背景校正消除基体影响。方法的检出限(3s)在5.0~100μg·L^(-1)之间,背景等效浓度在5~95μg·L^(-1)之间。方法用于钒铝合金样品的分析结果与德国GfE公司测定值一致。方法的回收率在95.3%~110%之间;各元素含量不小于0.010%时的测定值的相对标准偏差(n=8)小于5.0%;各元素含量在0.001%~0.010%时,相对标准偏差小于9.0%。 A method for the determination of 15 impurity elements including B, W, Si, Fe, Pb, Sn, As, Ni, Cr, Co, Cu, P, Mn, Mg and Mo, in V-A1 alloy by ICP-AES was proposed. The spectral interferences were corrected by selection of analytical spectral lines and background correction positions; and matrix interferences were eliminated by the use of matrix-matching and synchronous background correction. Values of detection limit (3s) of the method and of background equivalent concentration were found in ranges of 5.0--100μg · L^- 1 and 5--95 μg ·L^-1 respectively. The proposed method was applied to the analysis of samples of V-A1 alloys, and the results obtained were in consistency with those obtained by GfE Company. Values of recovery of the method were found in the range of 95.3%--110%, and values of RSD% (n=8) were found %5.0% (w≥0. 010%) and %9.0% (w=O. 001%-0. 010%).
