摘要
"老师说"话体是指把"我说"置换为"老师说"及其类似的表达方式。这种"老师说"话体至少蕴含着教师"自我"的隐匿、教师"社会角色"的彰显和"知识权威"的宣称,它抑制了教师的自我意识,阻隔了师生的情感交流,消弭着学生的独特观念。而要想超越"老师说"话体,则需要增强自我意识,涵养教学勇气;关注整全学生,重塑师生关系;展开对话教学,与学生一起成长。
The "teachers say" genre means replacing "I say" with "teachers say" or the similar discourse. The "teachers say" genre at least implies that teachers themselves are concealed, the social role of teachers is magnified and the authority of knowledge is declared. It restricts the self-consciousness of learners, cuts off teacher-student emotional exchange and blocks students' individual opinions. In order to transcend the "teachers say" genre, teachers should enhance their self-consciousness and cultivate the courage to teach; pay attention to all students and reconstruct teacher-student relationship; implement dialogue teaching and grow with students.
