腹壁子宫内膜异位症临床诊断与治疗 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨腹壁子宫内膜异位症(AWE)的临床特点、诊断及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析24例AWE患者的临床资料。结果 24例AWE患者,均发生于足月剖宫产术后,出现症状时间最短2个月,最长5年,超声辅助诊断10例。24例均接受了手术治疗,切除肿块病理均符合AWE。结论 AWE根据典型的症状、体征常可正确诊断。对无典型症状者,超声诊断可辅助排除腹腔内病变。手术是唯一有效的治疗方法,对较大、较深的病灶适当扩大切除范围,达到切缘干净,是防止复发的关键。
