地佐辛防治瑞芬太尼腹腔镜胆囊切除术苏醒期躁动的观察 被引量：6

摘要 雷米芬太尼是新型超短效的阿片受体激动药,具有镇痛效果好、作用时间短、可控性佳、无蓄积等优点。雷米芬太尼用于麻醉诱导与维持可使腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者术后苏醒迅速,但其引起的痛觉高敏和痛觉异常易导致苏醒期躁动。
