青少年口腔正畸疗程与依从性的相关分析 被引量：14

摘要 目的:探讨青少年口腔正畸疗程中依从性干预的作用。方法:选取青少年Angle I类错牙合120例,均需拔除上、下颌第一前磨牙,随机分为观察组(60例)和对照组(60例)。观察组实行依从性干预措施,对照组仅实行口腔卫生教育。统计两组病例的矫治疗程,并进行比较分析。结果:观察组的治疗时间比对照组时间明显缩短,疗效确切。两组病例疗程差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:青少年口腔正畸疗程的长短和依从性有明显关系,依从性越好疗程越短。
