摘要
目的使用目前国际通用的甲状腺相关眼病患者生活质量量表(Graves’OphthalmolopathyQualityofLifequestionnaire,GO-QOL)对甲状腺相关眼病(Thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy.TAO)患者生活质量进行评价。方法选择2010年1-12月在上海长征医院眼科就诊的甲状腺相关眼病患者75例;正常对照组75例,应用GO-QOL比较两组生活质量差异,分析导致甲状腺相关眼病患者生活质量下降的因素。结果TAO组和正常对照组的生活质量得分有差异有统计学意义,甲状腺相关眼病患者视功能和社会心理得分均低于正常对照组(P〈0.001);小于30岁组与30-50岁组视功能评分及社会心理评分差异无统计学意义(P=0.06、0.07),而大于50岁组与其他两组视功能评分及社会心理评分差异显著有统计学意义(P=0.01、0.02,0.008、0.005);视功能项得分男女性别差异无统计学意义(P=0.06),而社会心理项女性得分明显低于男性,且差异有统计学意义(P=O.008);眼球突出组与眼睑退缩组视功能评分及社会心理评分差异无统计学意义(P=0.06、0.08),而复视组与其他两组在视功能和社会心理评分上差异显著有统计学意义(P=O.001、0.03、0.004、0.01);0~3级患者与4~6级患者视功能和社会心理得分无差异(P=0.06、0.09)。结论甲状腺相关眼病患者生活质量较正常人群明显降低,甲状腺相关眼病患者生活质量的主要影响因素包括年龄、性别、复视。
Objective To evaluate the Thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy patients' quality of life using the current internationally accepted Graves' Ophthalmolopathy Quality of Life questionnaire (GO-QOL). Methods Collected in 75 patients with the thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy and 75 cases normal control group. Application GO-QOL to compare the differences in quality of life, analysis the factors caused reducing quality of life in the Thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy. Results Thyroid associated ophthalmopathy patient group and control group's quality of life scores were significantly different, and visual function and psychosocial scores in the thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy were all lower than the normal control group (P 〈0.001). There were no significant differences between visual function scores in patients of different gender (0.06, 0.07), the 50-year-older group's the functional scores and psychosocial scores were statistically significant differences than the other two groups (0.01, 0.02, 0.008, 0.005). There was no significant difference between visual function scores in patients of different gender (0.06). The social psychology of women scored significantly lower than men's, and the difference was statistically significant (0.008). Exophthalmos and lid retrac- tion group score and visual function scores had no significant difference in social psychology scores (0.06, 0.08), the diplopia group and the other two groups in visual function and psychosocial scores had significant statistical difference (0.001, 0.03; 0.004, 0.01); two groups of patients with eye disease rating score of visual function and no difference in social psychology (0.06, 0.09). Conclusions The quality of life in the Thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy is lower than the normal population. The major affect factors include age, gender and diplopia.
