摘要
目的比较电脑自动验光仪、三维眼前节分析系统(Pentacam)、光学相干生物测量仪(IOL-Master)、角膜地形图、手动角膜曲率计(MK)及波前像差仪六种仪器测量角膜曲率的差异。方法随机选取高校学生共163例326只眼按电脑自动验光仪、Pentacam、IOL-Master、角膜地形图、MK及波前像差仪的顺序分别对双眼最陡峭径线(K1)及最平坦径线(K2)角膜曲率进行测量,取受试者双眼的测量数据应用SPSS13.0软件采用单因素方差分析对平均角膜曲率Kmean[Kmean=(K1+K2)/2]进行两两比较,并比较不同性别间角膜曲率的差异。结果上述六种仪器测量的Kmean值分另0为(43.33±1.13)D、(43.51±1.22)D、(43.48±1.13)D、(43.27±1.16)D、(43.43±1.29)D、(43.37±1.25)D,六种仪器测量两两比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),其中女性Kmean值分别为(43.53±1.11)D、(43.76±1.21)D、(43.62±1.13)D、(43.386±1.158)D、(43.595±1.275)D、(43.498±1.247)D,男性Kmean值分别为(43.126±1.132)D、(43.247±1.221)D、(43.264±1.132)D、(43.119±1.172)D、(43.201±1.263)D、(43.241±1.253)D,女性角膜曲率高于男性,性别间差异均有统计学意义(均为P〈0.05)。结论六种仪器在临床应用尤其是进行人工晶体屈光度测量或角膜接触镜配戴时,角膜曲率值可相互替代使用;其中女性角膜曲率高于男性,在术前分析时应注意性别间的差异。
Objective we compared computer auto-refractometer, Pentacam, IOL-Master,corneal topography, manual photokeratometer with wavefront astigmation meter for measurement the corneal curvature and evaluated the concordance.Methods To exam the students who studyed in our city, all patient accepted examination for computer Pentacam, IOL-Master, corneal topography, photokeratometer and wavefront astigmation meter respectively and recorded the result.All data was 326 eyes,we used SPSS 13.0 one way ANOVA to statistics for Kmean:Kmean=(Kl+K2)/2.The differences of corneal curvatureswere compared between male and female.Remit The average of Kmean for six instruments respectively is (43.328± 1.128)D, (43.514±1.219)D, (43.483±1.127) D, (43.272±1.164) D, (43.431±1.289) D, (43.375± l.250) D, the difference between two groups was no statistics and the value of p was higher than 0.05.The average of Kmean for six instruments respectively is(43.534±l.105)D,(43.761± 1.211) D, (43.629±1.125) D, (43.386±1.158) D, (43.595±1.275) D, (43.498±1.247) D in females and (43.126± 1.132) D, (43.247±1.221) D, (43.264±1.132) D, (43.119±1.172) D, (43.201±1.263) D, (43.241±1.253)D in males,The corneal curvaturewas higher in female than in male and thevalue of p was smaller than 0.05.Conclusion The value of corneal curvature examined by those six instruments could substitute each other when examed for artificial lens diopter and corneal lens, The value of Kmean is higher in female than in male,we should pay attention to this in clinically use.
