SAPHO综合征一例报告及文献复习 被引量：4

摘要 滑膜炎-痤疮-脓疱疹-骨肥厚-骨炎（synovitis acne pustulosis hyperostosis osteitis syndrome，SAPHO）综合症为一系列主要累及骨、关节和皮肤的疾病总称，其临床表现因人而异，骨关节病变无特异性，皮肤症状可缺失，诊断较困难。为加深对SAPHO综合征的认识，本文报道1例SAPHO综合征，并结合近年来的相关文献，对其临床症状、影像学表现及治疗进行归纳总结。
