摘要
针对在水介质中工作的船舶轮机叶片,基于有限元法建立了典型的叶片模型,为了对比有限元网格划分对分析结果的影响,对叶片模型进行了不同网格划分,获得叶片的应力场和位移场的分布,为叶片失效分析提供技术支持;同时为了防止叶片断裂失效,降低叶片应力,对结构采用了卸载槽的改进设计,分别对不同半径的卸载槽叶片结构进行了应力和应变分析,得出采用半径为10mm的卸载槽结构设计利于应力水平降低,可提高叶片的工作寿命。
In the paper, the representative blade model working in the water is established based on FEM. In order to compare the influence of the mesh on the analyzing result, different mesh is set on the blade model. The effective stress and strain analysis are obtained which provides technical support for the invalidation analysis of blade. To avoid the blade breaks, it is to reduce the blade stress. The structure adopts the discharge launder, and the stress and strain of the blade are analyzed with different radius. The result shows the discharge launder with radius l Omm used in the structure design is benefit to reduce the stress and increase the working life of the blade.
