摘要
公立医院是以非营利为目的,具有公益性质的事业单位,担负我国主要的医疗保健任务。在公立医院的发展过程中,党的建设(以下简称党建)是公立医院发展的保证,决定公立医院发展的方向。管理活动是由人来完成的,因而在党建中要重视人力资源的发展。运用波特-劳勒综合激励理论可以更好地促进公立医院人力资源的发展,从而推进党建工作的开展,推动公立医院的发展,推动社会的发展。
The governmental hospital's purpose is not to make profit. It's a undertaking of public welfare which bears the re- sponsibility of the main medical care. With the development of the governmental hospital, the party building is a pledge deciding its development direction. Management is done by person, so importance must be attached on in process of the party building. To make use of Potter - Lawler's comprehensive motivation theory can promote the development of human resources in the governmen- tal hospital. And then it can give an impetus to the party building, to the hospital and the society.
