摘要
肉毒中毒是由肉毒梭菌引起的食物中毒症,是一种人畜共患病,动物肉毒中毒常常是动物食入含有肉毒毒素的食物或饲料而引起,病死率高。本文通过对我国动物肉毒中毒的发生、中毒机理、发病特征及流行分布、预防措施等方面进行了概述,以期为今后畜牧业肉毒中毒的防治提供参考依据。
Botulism,as an anthropozoonosis,was arosed by the Clostridium botulinum toxin.Animal botulism was often occurred by taken food or fodder which contain botulinum toxin,and the mortality was high.The article reviewed the botulism of animal and its occur,poisoning mechanism,pathogenic features,distribution and preventive measure in China,in order to provide reference data for Botulism control and preventive measures.
