阐述了电化学去毛刺的原理、优点及适用范围。介绍了航天发动机壳体类零件相交孔电化学去毛刺的工艺内容,分析了试验结果。通过合理设计电极,选用合适的电解液温度和加工时间,可将毛刺完全去除。
This paper expounds the principle, advantages and scope of application of electrochemical deburring. It introduces the electrochemical deburring process content of aerospace engine shell parts intersecting holes and analyses the test results. In conclusion, through the reasonable design of elec-trode, selection of suitable electrolyte temperature and processing time, the metal burrs can be completely removed.
