摘要
随着电气自动化的发展,多电平逆变器在大功率变频器领域得到大量应用。针对多电平逆变器控制要求较高、基本空间矢量很多、SVPWM调制算法具有较大的复杂性问题,提出了一种分解为两电平SVPWM的简化算法。以二极管钳位式(NPC)三电平逆变器为对象,介绍了三电平SVPWM的拓扑结构、工作原理及SVPWM控制算法,并给出了Matlab/Simulink环境下的仿真建模,结果分析证实了该算法的可行性。
With the development of electrical automation, multi-level inverter has been widely used in the filed of high-power inverter. But because of its high euntrol requirement and there are so many basic space vectors, space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) modulation algorithm of multi-level inverter has greater complexity. In this paper, the SVPWM algorithm is given based on decomposing the multi-level space vector into two-level space vectors to make the algorithm easily. A neutral point clamped(NPC) three-level inverter is used to explain the scheme. We briefly analyzes the structure, working principle and SVPWM control algorithm of three-level SVPWM. Then the simulation modeling is provided under Matlab/Simulink environment, the analysis of simulation results verify that the proposed SVPWM algorithm is feasible.
