摘要
页岩气是一种潜在资源量巨大的非常规天然气资源,具有开采技术要求高、开采寿命长、稳产周期长的特点。近年来,在全球性能源危机和应对气候变化的双重压力下,作为相对清洁的页岩气资源正在受到全世界的广泛重视。我国页岩气储量丰富:海相沉积面积广,烃源岩发育良好、演化程度高。在四川盆地、鄂尔多斯盆地、渤海湾盆地、松辽盆地、吐哈盆地、江汉盆地、塔里木盆地、准噶尔盆地等均有页岩气蕴藏的地质条件,局部有机碳含量在30%以上,发现了典型页岩层中局部的天然气富集。富集层位主体存在于中、古生界地层中,以及东部地区的新生界。本文通过回顾美国页岩气勘探开发的主要模式和经验,并结合我国页岩气资源与开发的现状,提出了我国页岩气资源勘探水平相对落后、核心技术不成熟和制度建设有待完善等问题。建议相关部门从加速资源调查、提高勘探水平、依靠科技攻关和国际合作突破核心技术、健全页岩气开发的相关制度等五个方面进行努力,推动页岩气开发的快速健康发展。
Shale gas is a kind of unconventional natural gas resource which has been known as its abundant reserves. The mining of shale gas requires advanced technology and after explored it can be alive for a long time as well as the output can be stable in a long period. In recent years, facing the double pressures of global energy crisis and climate change, the world paid more attention to the shale gas. In China, the reserves of shale gas is rich and there is also a huge potential to be developed. Therefore, it is significant for China to explore shale gas to mitigate the energy shortage. By reviewing the major mode and experience of U. S. and analyzing the status of China, this paper discussed some problems China faces refer to the development of shale gas, including the indeterminacy of minerals' demarcation and administration right, policy encouragement and immature technologies, etc. Regarding to the solution, five measures should be taken by China' s relevant departments to promote the rapid and health development of shale gas, such as speeding up the evaluation of resource, improving the mining technology, breaking through the bottleneck of core technology by international cooperation, and optimizing the policy system, etc.
