摘要
通过扫描电镜观察、金相分析、硬度测量等手段对Cr-Mo钢精密滚珠丝杠表面硬化层出现的淬火裂纹进行了失效分析。结果表明,Cr-Mo钢表面感应淬火裂纹的产生原因与钢材冶炼时局部缩孔形成的疏松缺陷、钢中存在带状组织和感应加热淬火工艺的不合理有关。
Faihn'e analysis of the cracks due to induction heating hardening of Cr-Mo steel precision ball screw was done by means of metallngaphic analysis, scanning electron micrnscopy observation and hardness detection. The experimental results show thal tile causes rest,lting in the surtace induclion hardening cracks are the metallurgical imperfection including shrinkage cavity and loose, the band microstrueture and unreasonable induction hardening processes.
