摘要 职业教育人才培养质量的提升需要高素质技能型的教师队伍,建设"三师型"教师队伍符合目前高职院校人才培养的总要求。促进高等职业教育从规模化向内涵建设转变,促进职业教育人才培养质量的提升,需要解决在"三师型"教师队伍建设中影响其内涵发展的问题:高职院校对"三师型"教师培养认识不足、缺乏"三师型"教师队伍建设的制度保障,尤其是高职院校专业教师缺少企业实践经验,职业指导能力不足。在详细分析这些困难的基础上,提出如何促进"三师型"教师内涵发展的对策与建议。 The promotion of talent training quality in higher vocational colleges needs high - quality skilled teachers. The construction of "Triangle - Quality" teachers conforms to the general requirements of personnel training, promotes the change of higher vocational education from large - scale to the development of connotation, and it also promotes the talent training quality. We need solve the problems which influence the development of connotation. The problems are insufficient understanding and deficiency of institution, especially the lacks of enterprise practical experience. On the basis of detailed analysis of these difficulties, this paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions on how to train "Triangle -Quality" teachers.
