摘要
指出了嘉兴市在完成初始排污权交易后,市场交易不活跃,很大程度是没有建立可操作的排污权交易平台。对嘉兴市排污权交易平台建设总体架构、排污权交易平台内容和功能进行了分析,并就排污权交易平台的建设提出了构想。
The emission trading market in Jiaxing City is not very active after the completion of initial emission trading.which mostly because there is no workable emission trading platform.This article not only analyses the overall framework,the content and the functions of the emission trading platform,but also provides some ideas of developing the emission trading platform.
