基于行人头部碰撞保护的发动机罩铰链结构设计 被引量:7

Study on bonnet hinge design based on pedestrian head impact protection

摘要 针对某款轿车发动机罩铰链区域行人头部碰撞性能不能满足GB/T 24550—2009的要求,建立了车辆与行人头部碰撞分析模型,用试验进行了验证分析,对存在问题的原因进行了分析,并对发动机罩铰链的结构进行了改进,分析结果表明,采用改进后的发动机罩铰链,可有效降低发动机罩铰链区域的头碰HIC值,可以满足法规要求。 As the vehicle hinge area head impact performance can not meet the requirements of GB/T 24550-2009, a finite ele- ment impact model of vehicle-pedestrian head is built, the model is validated according to the test result, the causes of the problem are analyzed and the structure of bonnet hinge design is improved. The analysis results show that it can effectively reduce bonnet hinge re- gion HIC value by using the improved bonnet hinge and can meet regulation requirements.
