摘要
本实验以含有0、2.5、5.0ppm(mg/kg)的无机硒(亚硒酸硒)的饲料喂养鹅,检测鹅的胗、心、肝、胸脯肉、血部位的硒含量。结果显示,实验组(2.5、5.0ppm)鹅检测部位硒含量均明显高于空白组(0ppm),尤以鹅肝中硒富集含量最高,达到空白组的七倍左右。结合实验过程中鹅生活习性和精神状态的观察、体重的变化情况,确定含有2.5ppm无机硒到饲料中培育富硒鹅为富硒最佳浓度。
The research chooses gooses which are fed feedstuffs contained different inorganic selenium in the experimental groups, and detects the selenium content in the gizzard, heart, liver, meat and blood of the goose. The result shows that, the selenium content of the gooses in the experimental groups (2.5,5.0 ppm) are obviously higher than the vacant? group(0 ppm). The selenium content in the liver of experimental group is seven times higher than the vacant group. By the observation of goose' s life habit, psychosis and the variety of weight, the best consistence is 2.5 ppm which is added into the goose' s feedstuffs to enrich selenium.
