如意金黄膏外敷结合红外线照射防治有创血压监测置管并发症125例 被引量：3

摘要 有创血压监测能及时、准确、直观地反映动脉血压的变化情况，能给临床提供可靠的评价指标，在危重病患者中使用尤其重要。危重病患者因为凝血功能障碍、肢体活动少等原因，动脉置管常出现局部血肿、管路堵塞、肢远端缺血、全身感染、穿刺部位感染、局部皮肤坏死等并发症，常导致不良后果。近年来，笔者采用如意金黄膏外敷结合红外线照射防治有创血压监测并发症125例，效果满意。现报道如下。
