摘要
从显微组织、残余应力、拉伸和冲击性能、外压挤毁性能、沟槽腐蚀性能等方面,分析研究了采用SEW(高频焊接+热张力减径)工艺开发的SEW-80TT高抗挤套管的性能。结果表明:SEW-80TT高抗挤套管的抗挤强度超过Q/SY1394—2011标准中HC2等级要求的12.4%,比APITR5C3—2008标准要求的高41.6%,残余应力小于100MPa;屈服强度大于685MPa;母材和焊缝冲击功分别大于126J和118J,且焊缝沟槽腐蚀不敏感。SEW-80TT高抗挤套管具有良好的抗挤毁性能和综合力学性能。
Test study is conducted on the properties of the SEW-80TT high collapse-resistant casing that is de veloped with the SEW process (high-frequency welding + hot stretch-reducing) , involving such properties as microstructure, residual stress, tensile strength, impact strength, external collapse-resistance and grooving corrosionresistance, etc. The test study result shows the property data of the said casing, i.e., collapse-resistance: 12.4% higher than the HC2 value as specified under Specification Q/SY 1394-2011, and 41.6% higher than what is required in Specification API TR 5C3-2008; residual stress: less than 100 MPa; yield strength: over 685 MPa, and impact values: base metal-above 126 J and welding seam-above 118 J. Accordingly, it is concluded that the SEW-80TT high collapse-resistant casing is in possession of satisfactory collapse-resistance and comprehensive mechanical prop- erties as well.
