摘要
介绍了新型LG550三辊冷轧管机的设备组成及结构,确定了轧制工艺参数,研究了主传动系统摆动杆系的运动规律并得出相关参数;采用有限元法模拟了轧制过程中轧制力的变化规律。分析研究表明:该新型轧管机采用二辊轧管机的变断面孔型轧制,可精确调整轧制半径,满足工艺要求,适合大规格无缝钢管的轧制。
The equipment configuration of the new type LG550 three-roll cold-rolling pipe mill is elaborated; the rolling process parameters of the mill is determined; and the motion characteristics of the swing link mechanism of the main drive system is studied to set up relevant parameters thereof. The characteristics of rolling force variation in the rolling process is simulated by means of the infinite element method. The analysis resuh leads to such a conclusion that the new type cold-rolling pipe mill is capable of rolling operation with variable cross-section groove of the two-roll pipe mill, and accurately-adjusted rolling radius, having been satisfactory to the process requirements, and suitable for rolling of large-sized seamless steel pipes.
