摘要
本文分析了EPON通信技术的特点以及其在电力系统的应用情况,总结了智能变电站保护控制技术对通信支撑技术的要求,提出了将EPON通信技术应用于智能变电站过程层组网,并实现继电保护控制功能的技术方案,搭建了基于EPON通信技术的智能变电站过程层保护控制技术仿真平台,以典型的智能化变压器差动保护为研究及评测对象,进行了仿真实验,对实验结果进行了分析,实验结论说明现阶段的EPON通信软硬件技术不能满足智能变电站过程层保护控制技术对通信的要求。
In this paper, technical character of EPON communication technology is analyzed and its application information is also explained. Requirements of communication technology which is the base foundation of relay and protection technology in smart substation are sununarized. A new solution which can be described as using EPON communication technology as the network technology to implement the relay protection and control function. So the simulation platform which is used to implement the relay protection and controlfunction using EPON communication technology is built, the research and evaluate object is the typical digital transformer differential relay protection. Simulation experiment is carried on, also analyzed the experimental result, the results shows that software & hardware situation nowadays of EPON communication technology can not meet the requirements of relay protection and control in process level of smart substation.
