摘要
为了更好地对急诊手术进行标准化的安全管理,通过制订规范的急诊手术操作流程、严格按照流程管理、对各环节管理提出相应管理重点、加强质量监督管理等措施,有效地加强了医护人员对急诊手术各环节工作的落实,改善了多部门间的沟通协作及护患关系,保障了急诊手术患者的安全,提高了急诊手术的护理质量。
To strengthen the safety management of emergency operations,a normative emergency operation procedure was formulated and implemented. Moreover,quality control was strengthened focused on the key links. This practice not only strengthened the implementation of each link in the operation,but also promoted multi-department communication and nurseclient relationship ,endured patient safety in emergency operations and improved the quality of care.
