摘要
铅酸蓄电池企业在生产过程中产生大量的含铅废水,如不妥善处理将会对环境产生重大影响,使用絮凝剂与污水中的Pb2+形成稳定的沉淀物,通过调节污水pH值使沉淀效果达到最佳,通过螺杆泵将沉淀下来的含铅物用板块压滤机压成固态铅泥,经此方法处理后的废水铅含量在1mg/L以下。
The lead-acid battery factories produced a large amount of leaded wastewater during the production process. In case of the leaded wastewater wasn't properly treated, environment would be severely effected. In order to achieve the best effect of sedimentation, the pH value of leaded wastewater was adjusted by using floeeulant to form stable sediment with Pb2+ in the wastewater. Then, the deposited leaded substances were pressed into solid lead mud by using plate pressure filter with the help of screw pump. In the end, the lead content in treated wastewater would be less than 1 mg/L.
