摘要
目的对心电监护仪实施精细化管理，提高监护仪操作的及时性和准确性。方法将80名护理人员分为2组，实验组40名，对照组40名，对照组操作常用监护仪，实验组操作实施精细化管理后的监护仪。结果实验组与对照组比较，操作准确率明显提高，操作时间明显缩短，对操作难易程度的认可亦明显提高（P〈0．05）。结论对心电监护仪进行精细化管理，可全面提高监护仪操作的准确性和及时性，保证心电监护仪的良好备用状态，临床应用效果良好。
Objective To study meticulous management of ECG monitor to improve accuracy and timeliness of monitor Methods A total of 80 nurses were divided into two groups, the control group with 40 nurses used common monitors, 40 nurses in the experimental group used the monitors that were implemented with meticulous management. Results Compared with control group, in the observation group operation accuracy was improved obviously, operation time was shortened obviously. Conclusions Meticulous management of ECG monitor can improve the accuracy and timeliness of monitors to guarantee the monitors good performance.
