摘要
因制度、管理等因素,企业和职业院校作为不同归属领域的主体,两者的合作始终处于若即若离的状态,缺乏合作的内驱力。整体性治理强调制度化、经常化和有效"跨界"合作的思路,对于从宏观上激励企业参与职业教育具有重要的启示意义。基于这一视角,职业教育校企合作需构建不同管理主体相互协调的治理模式。
The enterprises and vocational schools belong to deferent fields because of system and management factors, and their cooperation maintain a lukewarm situation for long because of the lack of cooperation driving force. The integri- ty governance strengthen systematization, regularity and effective trans-boundary, which has significant enlightenments to en- courage enterprises to participate in vocational education. Based on the perspective, the school-enterprise cooperation should build the governance model of mutual harmonization between different management subjects.
