煎药机煎法对中药复方汤剂总浸出物及有效成分的影响 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察与探讨煎药机煎法对中药复方汤剂总浸出物及有效成分的影响,同时更好地为煎药机煎法提供重要的理论依据。方法选择六味地黄汤作为本文研究的代表方剂,并将汤剂浸出物与汤剂内的丹皮酚含量作为指标,比较以及评价煎药机煎法与传统的煎药方法的汤剂质量。结果在煎药机煎液中,丹皮酚的含量为0.018 7 g/L,与传统煎液相比有明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而总浸出物则明显少于传统煎液,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论六味地黄汤在经煎药机煎法与传统煎煮方法煎煮后,质量有明显差异,煎药机煎法值得广泛性应用,但传统煎法仍旧是常用方法,并且煎药机煎煮浸出物含量高,便于携带,比较适合现代人的生活需求,具有较好的临床治疗效果,值得临床应用推广。 Objective To observe and study the influence of machine decoction on the total extract and effective components in compound Chinese medicine decoction, for providing important theoretical basis for machine decoction. Methods Liuwei Dihuang Decoction was selected as the representative prescription studied in this paper and making decoction extract and paeonol content in decoction ad the indexes. Comparing and evaluating the decoction quality between machine decoction method and Traditional decocting method. Results In the machine decoction, the content of paeonol was 0.018 7 g/L, which increased more evidently compared with traditional decoction. After statistical treatment, the difference had no evident significance (P 〈 0.05). But the total extract of machine decoction was less evidently than that of traditional decoction, which had statistical significance (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion After Liuwei Dihuang Decoc- tion is decocted with machine decoction method and traditional decoction method, the quality has significant difference. Machine decoction method is worthy of wide application, but traditional decoction method is still commonly ap- plied. And the content of extract with machine decoction. It not only is easy to be carried, but also satisfy people's liv- ing needs, which has a better clinical treatment effect and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
