摘要
将SD大鼠随机分为5组,灌胃2个月后,常规方法制备大鼠血清及肝匀浆,测定血清中谷草转氨酶(sGOT)、谷丙转氨酶(sGPT)、碱性磷酸酶(sALP)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GGT)、血糖、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及肝匀浆中丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量,以此探讨不同用量的梅兰春芝麻香型白酒(MSL)对大鼠血脂、血糖和肝功能的影响。结果表明,空白对照组的sGPT、γ-GGT高于其他剂量组;高剂量组sALP高于空白对照组和低剂量组;高剂量组TG高于低剂量组;高剂量组血糖高于空白对照组;空白对照组、高剂量组GSH高于其他剂量组;MDA含量随白酒用量的增加而增加。推断出饮用量低于1.43 mL/(kg·d)的42%vol梅兰春芝麻香型白酒有益于健康,高于2.86 mL/(kg·d)则会对机体产生不良作用。
In order to study the effects of drinking different doses of Meilanchun sesame-flavor liquor on blood lipid, blood glucose and liver functions in rats, 50 SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups. SD rats in different dosage groups were administered with Meilanchun sesame-flavor liquor for two months. The levels of glutamic-oxalacetic transaminease (sGOT), glutamate pyruvate transaminase (sGPT), alkaline phosphatase (sALP), γ-glutamyl tmnspeptidase (γ-GGT), blood glucose, total cholesterol (TC), total triglycerides (TG), high-density lipoprotein (HDL-C), low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C) in serum and the content of glutathione (GSH), malondialdehyde (MDA) in liver were detected. The results were summed up as follows: sGPT and γ-GGT in control group were higher than other dosage groups; sALP and TG in high dose group were higher than low dose group; compared with control group, sALP and blood glucose in high dose group was higher; GSH in control group and high dose group was higher than other groups; and MDA content increased with the increase of dosage. It was concluded that drinking Meilanchun sesame-flavor liquor (less than 1.43 mL/ (kg-d)) is beneficial to health, however, drinking the liquor more than 2.86 mL/ (kg. d) is harmful.
