摘要
目的分析该院口服降糖药的应用情况。方法采用WHO推荐的测定方法测定该院口服降糖药的限定日剂量(DDD)及用药频度(DDDs)。结果该院口服降糖药的DDDs依次为格列美脲、罗格列酮、格列齐特、二甲双胍、阿卡波糖、那格列奈、格列吡嗪。结论该院口服降糖药应用基本合理,临床应针对每位患者的特殊性而选用最适合的药物。
Objective To observe the application situation of oral hypoglycemic drug. Methods Adopted the method recommend by WHO to determine the DDD and DDDs of oral hypoglycemic drugs in our hospital. Results DDDs of oral hypo- glycemic drugs in our hospital was glimepiride, rosiglitazone, gliclazide, metformin, acarbose nateglinide and glipizide in order. Conclusion Application of oral hypoglycemie drug in our hospital is basically rational, the most suitable drug should be se- lected according to the particularity of each patient.
