摘要
国家网球馆"钻石球场"是一座带有开合屋盖的现代化体育建筑,看台采用现浇钢筋混凝土结构,外立面16组V形柱与环向框架及48榀径向框架共同构成抗侧力体系。为了防止基础在地震作用下发生破坏,在主体结构外立面的底部设置环形承台,从而使基础的抗震性能显著提高。固定屋盖在活动屋盖移动范围内为双层平面网格结构,活动屋盖的移动范围以外为三层网格结构,并通过设置4组中间支承点,有效增强了屋盖刚度,有利于活动屋盖平稳运行。为了避免支座出现上拔力,在屋盖结构卸载以及所有荷重施加完毕后最终固定部分支座。在进行空间结构网格布置时,充分考虑其受力特点,对屋盖开口周边、尤其是轨道桁架部位进行了加强。采用部分杆件之间搭接焊的方式有效减小焊接空心球直径。固定支座安装严格控制在设计合拢温度要求的范围内进行,避免出现过大的正温差或负温差。
National Tennis Court "Diamond Stadium" is a modern sports building with retractable roof. The grandstand is the reinforced concrete structure, which is consist of normal frameworks ,48 radial frameworks and 16 groups of V-shaped columns decorated in the external faqade. In order to prevent the basement damage under earthquake,the annular pile cap is layout at the bottom of the facade columns. For the fixed roof, the double-layer flat grid structure is adopted in the moving area of retractable roof, and the tri-layer flat grid structure is adopted outside the moving area of retractable roof. The roof stiffness is increased by 4 middle bearings and tri-layer flat grid structure, and the measures can make the retractable roof run smoothly. In order to avoid bearings being in tension, some of the bearings should be finally fixed after main loads are applied. The parts of the fixed roof under railway of the moving roofs and edges of the opening areas are strengthened so that it can satisfy the mechanics character of the roof. In order to reduce the diameter of welded spherical joints, overlapped tubes is adopted at some special joints. When the spherical bearings are installed, temperature is strictly controlled to avoid possible temperature stress in the roof in the future.
